Service Description
A tailored yoga lesson based on your experience, interest and physical needs based on Lizzie's 20 years of teaching experience and knowledge of the body as a bodyworker and therapist. I travel within 3 miles of Tilford, Surrey at no extra cost; added costs based on travel distance is to be discussed in each unique case.
