It’s good to be back to London, even having spent an amazing week in Morocco teaching yoga and practicing bodywork and craniosacral therapy with the very special group who joined the retreat.
My teaching schedule resumes this week, it has already been such a joy to reconnect with old faces and new at The Life Centre and Indaba Yoga Studio.
On Sunday, November 25 from 1:30-4pm the triad of Adjustments Workshops continue, there is limited space available so if you have been thinking about joining, please pre-book at Indaba to ensure your spot! The focus will be on body reading, seated postures and twists, some of the more lovely adjustments to receive, yet difficult to get right.
